• No Liability: We are not responsible for any actions you take based on the App's analysis. Use of the App is at your own risk.

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LoveSkin. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Upload photos that are not your own or that violate the privacy of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the App's services.

3.1 Premium Features

Certain features of LoveSkin require a paid subscription ("Premium").

3.2 Billing

Subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to their payment terms. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to the Google Play Store. We do not process refunds directly.

4.1 Camera Use

The App requires camera access to perform skin analysis. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process these images in real-time solely to provide the service. As per our Privacy Policy, these images are not stored.

4.2 Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, AI skin analysis is not 100% accurate. External factors like lighting, camera quality, and skin conditions can affect results.

All content, features, and functionality (including the scoring algorithms, UI designs, logos, and the "LoveSkin" name) are the exclusive property of Atavika Innovation Pvt Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atavika Innovation Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including adverse skin reactions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
