NextGen AI is an educational application designed for learners aged 13 and above to learn AI and Python through interactive lessons and gamified experiences.

The App is intended for a general audience, including students, beginners, and anyone interested in learning Python.

2.1 Information You Provide

a. Account Information

• Name or username
• Email address (student, parent, teacher, or school admin)
• Google OAuth basic profile info (email, name), if used

Note: We do not access your contacts, calendar, files, or other Google services.

b. Learning & Progress Data

• Lessons completed
• XP, levels, streaks, achievements
• Quiz answers and challenge submissions

This data is used only to personalize learning and track progress.

c. School / Classroom Information (Optional)

• School name
• Class or batch identifier (if using school version)

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect:

• Device type, OS version, app version
• Anonymous usage statistics (lesson engagement, feature usage)
• Crash logs and performance diagnostics

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

• Precise or background location
• Contacts, SMS, or call logs
• Photos, videos, microphone data
• Browsing history outside the App
• Financial or payment card details. All payments are handled securely by Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

We do not use your data for advertising.

4.1 Account & Learning Data

Stored securely using Firebase Authentication, Firestore, or equivalent cloud infrastructure.

• Encrypted in transit and at rest
• Access restricted to authorized systems only

We use:

• HTTPS encrypted communication

• Cloud security rules and access controls
• Regular review of infrastructure permissions

While we follow best practices, no system can guarantee 100% security.

We do not allow these services to sell your data.

Each service processes only the minimum data required.

• NextGen AI is not intended for children under 13.
• The App is designed for learners aged 13 and above.
• Parental guidance is recommended for younger users.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted upon request.

We aim to comply with:

• COPPA (where applicable)
• GDPR (for applicable regions)

You can delete your account and associated data instantly through the App settings. Once deleted, this action is irreversible, and we cannot recover lost progress. You may also request data deletion by emailing us at contact@atavika.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the App or email (if provided).

By using NextGen AI, you consent to:

• Account creation and learning progress tracking
• Anonymous analytics for improving the App
• Subscription management through app stores

You may withdraw consent by deleting your account or uninstalling the App.
