Account Deletion Request - NextGen AI
At Atavika Innovation, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your data.
If you wish to delete your NextGen AI account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Deletion
You can request account deletion using either of the following methods:
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- Open the NextGen AI app.
- Go to Settings (gear icon).
- Scroll down to the Data Management section.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity and confirm deletion.
Method 2: Web-Based Request
If you no longer have the app installed, please send an email to our support team:
- Support Email: contact@atavika.com
- Subject: Account Deletion Request - NextGen AI
- Information to include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your NextGen AI account
- A brief confirmation that you want all your data permanently deleted.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
Upon successful processing of your request:
- Personal Profile: Your name, email, and profile photo.
- Learning Progress: All completed lessons, XP, levels, and streak data.
- Virtual Assets: Coins, purchased shop items, and power-ups.
- Certificates: All earned certificates will be permanently removed.
- Social Data: Referral history and leaderboard rankings.
Data Retention Policy
Please note that some data may be retained even after account deletion if required for:
- Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Transaction records and tax-related information (if you made in-app purchases).
- Security & Fraud Prevention: Minimal logs to prevent abuse of our services.
- Request Processing: We may keep a record of the deletion request itself.
Processing Time
Once we receive your email request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Important Information
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription (NextGen Pro), please ensure you cancel it through the Google Play Store Subscription Manager before deleting your account, as deleting the account does not automatically cancel play store billing.
