Delete Your LoveSkin Account
We value your privacy and provide you with full control over your data.
If you would like to delete your LoveSkin account and all associated data, you have two ways to do so:
Option 1: Instant Deletion (Via App)
This is the fastest way to delete your data.
- Open the LoveSkin app.
- Go to the Profile screen.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm your choice to instantly remove your data.
Option 2: Request Deletion (Via Email)
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can request manual deletion.
- Email: contact@atavika.com
- Subject: Account Deletion Request - [Your Registered Email]
- Information to Include: Please provide the email address used for your LoveSkin account.
Timeline: We will verify and process your request within 48 to 72 hours.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
Regardless of which option you choose, we permanently scrub the following:
- Profile Information: Name, email address, and account settings.
- Skin Profile: Your identified skin type and saved skin concerns.
- Analysis History: All past skin analysis results and scan records.
- Product Submissions: Any product data you have submitted to our database.
- Limits: Your analysis usage history and credits.
Data Retention
- Immediate Deletion: Most data is deleted instantly via Option 1.
- Financial Records: Basic transaction records are retained by Google Play as required for tax and legal compliance.
- Notification ID: Your OneSignal device connection is disconnected immediately.
